If you've spent any time around me at all, you probably know that I'm obsessed with Trello. I use it to organise everything in my business, as well as a lot of things in my home life, too. It's the place I plan my launches, keep my to-do lists, manage my priorities and communicate with my team members. 

Now, I'm sharing my Trello processes with you. It's Trello time is a three hour workshop with a half hour intermission. During the workshop I'll be sharing how to use Trello if you're brand new to the software, as well as how I use it to increase my productivity, manage my team and keep track of all the bits and bobs that I previously stored in my head - I'll be honest, my mind is way too powerful to be used just as a storage system! And by using Trello, I'm freeing up that headspace for creativity, ideas, and problem solving.
